From unpaid invoice to money recovered
A simple, no-pressure process built around one goal — getting you paid by the route that makes the most sense for your case.
Tell us about the debt
Use the free case-review form or call an adviser. We ask for the essentials: how much is owed, who the debtor is, whether the debt is disputed, and what contact you’ve already had. Nothing you share is passed on without your say-so.
We assess and explain your options
We look at the realistic routes for your case — a letter before action, a statutory demand, a court claim, High Court enforcement or an agency-led collection — and set out what each typically costs, how long it takes, and how likely it is to work.
You choose the route
You decide how to proceed. Many creditors handle the first step themselves using our free guides and templates. Others prefer to hand it straight to a professional.
We introduce a vetted agency
If an agency is the right call, we match you to a suitable partner from our panel — chosen for the debt size, debtor type and jurisdiction. The introduction is free and there’s no obligation to instruct them.
You recover what you’re owed
The agency (or your chosen route) pursues the debt and keeps you updated. Most reputable commercial agencies work on a no-recovery, no-fee basis, so their fee comes out of what they collect.
No cost, no pressure, no jargon
- Free to creditors — we’re paid by agencies when an introduction leads to work, never by you.
- Impartial by design — we’ll happily tell you when you don’t need an agency at all.
- Confidential — your details are only shared with an agency once you agree.
- Vetted partners only — established, FCA-aligned agencies with a track record.
A quick note on regulation
Creditor Advice is an information and introduction service, not a debt collection agency or a law firm. Our guides are general information, not legal advice. For anything case-specific — especially disputed debts or insolvency — we’ll point you toward a qualified professional.
